What is a pre-pamp letter?
A pre-pamp is something that we send out to sellers prior to our appointment to appraise their property.
This is part of our pampering system. This is to show our sellers we are different.
Your prep-pamp could involve delivering an introduction letter with all sorts of pampering gifts.
Some agents send chocolates, and some of their marketing material. Eg keyrings, mugs, umbrellas etc
You can also include a DVD with your client testimonials for them to watch.
