What’s your body language saying about you?

Today, Alan is going to give us some quick tips to consider when we are presenting in front of the camera,  as we need to make sure people are reading us the right way.

Alan says the main things to think about are –

*  Have in your mind what you are going to say at the start   BEFORE   you get on camera.

*  Think about the process you are going to go through.

*  Don’t just learn your lines…. Really understand what it is you are going to say.

*  Think about how you want to put it all together

If you don’t do this, when you’re in front of a camera, you will get side tracked.
